We have an opportunity within our Sales team for a Clinical Account Manager covering the Western region of the United States ranging from Montana to California. This position is responsible for providing clinical support and product expertise to physicians and clinical staff. The ideal candidate is someone who can successfully manage a long sales cycle and understands the selling environment within the Operating Room while leveraging business opportunities that support business growth. Who You’ll Work With You will report to the Associate Regional Sales Director while working closely with other Area Sales Managers, Clinical Account Managers, and the Vice President of Sales. Major Accountabilities: • Provide expert clinical product assistance and training to physicians and clinical staff through case procedures/evaluations within an assigned region. • Educate customers on products by providing clinical information and in-service training. • Train surgeons, professional teams, and medical personnel on product use. Duties and Responsibilities: • Provides technical medical product assistance during surgical procedures and clinical applications. • Works directly with clinical teams to provide support, awareness, and guidance on product offerings. • Collects and analyzes data regarding customer experiences to better understand needs and solutions. • Develop and grow customer relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical and hospital administrators, and staff. • Drives collaboration and maintains open communication with assigned team and other internal/external partners. Qualifications: • Registered Nurse required. • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing preferred • 1-5 years Nursing/Healthcare experience. • Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% within designated geographical region. • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner. • Enjoys working with a team in a fast-paced environment.
