Lead the transformation and governance of program management processes for an aluminum die casting Tier-1 supplier, ensuring flawless execution from RFQ to SOP.
Extensive experience in program management within manufacturing or similar industries, leadership skills, process improvement expertise, and familiarity with tooling, quality, and financial oversight.
The Director of Program Management will lead the transformation of program governance for an aluminum die casting Tier‑1 supplier. Reporting to the CSO, this role will implement the post-integration of program management into the Sales organization, streamline processes, and ensure flawless execution of awarded business from RFQ through SOP. The Director will govern all programs, drive process standardization, and improve launch performance across multiple OEM accounts. Key Responsibilities: • Establish a unified program management framework post-integration into Sales. • Lead cross-functional governance reviews with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance. • Align program budgets and margins with commercial commitments and monitor profitability and tooling cost recovery. • Ensure achievement of critical milestones: tooling readiness, PPAP, Run-at-Rate, SOP. and mitigate risks related to tooling, process capability, and supplier readiness. • Implement PM tools for scheduling, risk tracking, and reporting. • Directly manage the PMO team and coach Program Managers across accounts.
