Job Details Job Location: Websmart Chevrolet LLC - Spencerport, NY 14615 Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 Salary/year Bob Johnson Chevrolet West is looking to add a reliable Automotive Sales Consultant to our family like team! We are a fast growing organization looking for hardworking individual to grow with us. We are specifically looking to hire an individual to assist customers through the leasing or purchase of new & pre-owned vehicles while providing every customer with an excellent buying experience. Automotive Sales Representative Job Responsibilities: Sales Consultants spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options Sales Consultants commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology Sales Consultants test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features Complete quotes and explain financing & leasing options for new & pre-owned vehicles Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail Support on-line customers by setting appointments and following up. Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads Automotive Sales Representative Job Requirements: The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships with great communication skills (i.e., a “people person") Basic computer, email and internet proficiency Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours Valid U.S. Driver's license Automotive Sales Representative Benefits: Full time position Monthly performance bonus Paid Vacation We offer Healthcare benefits for our employees.
