What You’ll Do • Prospect & Engage: Drive new business development through high-volume outbound activity to generate client relationships and build candidate pipelines within the Specialty Chemicals and Advanced Materials space. • Sell Opportunities, Not Just Jobs: Use your sales acumen to position roles as career-defining moves for top talent and close the deal. • Own the Market: Identify and develop strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates; stay ahead of market trends. • Partner with Clients: Build and manage a portfolio of clients in the Specialty Chemicals and Advanced Materials industry.
