Join us and be part of something extraordinary. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Transformation Lead to join our Corporate Trust team. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, with a focus on process re-engineering to improve operational efficiency, reduce complexity, and drive measurable outcomes. • Develop and implement metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track progress, identify improvement areas, and ensure accountability. • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to design, enhance, and optimize the organization’s operating model. • Conduct business analysis and process mapping to identify pain points, document current-state workflows, and design future-state processes that align with strategic objectives. • Work autonomously to design and execute change strategies, managing multiple projects and priorities with minimal oversight. • Partner with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels to align transformation objectives with business goals. • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization through effective project management and change leadership. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: • 7+ years of progressive experience in transformation, process re-engineering, or strategic project management. • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. • Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and delivering data-driven insights for executive decision-making. • Demonstrated experience identifying, evaluating, and deploying AI-enabled solutions to improve processes and strengthen the operating model. • Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives while delivering on time, on budget, and within scope. • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams. • Experience leading high-performing teams and mentoring colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
