We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Business Manager (VP level) to support the leadership team within Asset Servicing (AS). This role will serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, driving operational rigor, commercial enablement, and cross-functional alignment across AS's global footprint. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical depth, and operational discipline to help scale the business and deliver on growth priorities. This role is located in New York. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: • Strategic Planning & Execution • Partner with AS leadership to define and execute business priorities, OKRs, and transformation initiatives. • Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles, including budget alignment, headcount strategy, and investment prioritization across AS regions and segments. • Performance Management & Analytics • Own business rhythm and reporting cadence (e.g., SBRs, MBRs, offsites). • Leverage data and analytics to generate insights that inform strategy, uncover growth opportunities, and track performance across AS hubs. • Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and commercial outcomes. • Stakeholder Engagement • Act as liaison across product, sales, finance, HR, and operations to ensure alignment and delivery. • Prepare executive-level materials for internal and external stakeholders, including client engagement forums and leadership offsites. • Operational Excellence • Drive process improvements across governance, resource allocation, and decision-making. • Manage special projects, including org design, talent strategy, and change management within AS. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred • Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial modeling, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience supporting global teams and navigating matrixed organizations. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $147,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
