Brands: Roofing Contractor, Walls & Ceilings, Roofing Supply Pro, Techos y Más, Safety Advisor (BNP Media) - Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desired to support growing editorial and sponsored content initiatives for Techos y Más (only for this section, doesn’t apply to all other brands) Brands: BNP Media’s Drilling (The Driller) and Environmental Remediation Division Position Overview BNP Media is seeking two Strategic Digital Content Editors/Multimedia Reporters to support multiple leading B2B brands across our construction, drilling, and trades portfolio. This role blends daily editorial production, digital content strategy, multimedia storytelling, newsletter management, and audience engagement across websites, email, social media, video, podcasts, webinars, and live events. The ideal candidate is a strong editor and reporter with a digital-first mindset who is comfortable managing multiple content streams, collaborating with contributors and industry experts, and using data to inform content decisions. Key Responsibilities Editorial & Reporting • Research, write, edit, and post daily news, features, and industry updates across digital and print platforms. • Conduct interviews with industry experts and turn them into articles, Q&A features, and multimedia content. • Edit and proofread contributor and freelancer submissions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. • Support editing and production of monthly eMagazines, sponsored sections, and special editorial projects. • Build and manage a network of industry contributors and freelance writers. Newsletters & Content Operations • Manage the creation, layout, and deployment of newsletters across multiple brands. • Source and curate relevant content to support newsletter, website, and video initiatives. • Adhere to editorial calendars, production schedules, and daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Multimedia Content • Coordinate and support production of videos, podcasts, webinars, and other multimedia formats. • Conduct and manage video and podcast interviews, including guest outreach and scheduling. • Moderate webinars and support live or on-site coverage when needed. • Repurpose multimedia content into written articles and social content using transcripts and highlights. Social Media & Audience Engagement • Manage and grow social media channels with platform-specific strategies to increase reach and engagement. • Develop and test new social initiatives to expand audience growth. • Collaborate across sister brands to maximize content reuse and distribution efficiency. Digital Strategy & Analytics • Monitor and report on monthly digital performance metrics. • Use analytics and audience insights to inform content planning, optimization, and distribution strategies. • Support SEO/AEO and overall digital performance improvements. Events & Industry Presence • Attend and cover trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events. • Represent BNP Media brands through reporting, interviews, social coverage, and live content. Qualifications • Proven experience in digital editing, reporting, and content strategy (media, publishing, or B2B preferred). • Excellent writing, editing, and fact-checking skills with strong journalistic judgment. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; at least two years of daily news writing experience preferred. • Comfort with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, analytics dashboards, and social media management tools. • Experience with audio/video production and familiarity with tools such as Canva and basic editing software. • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable content improvements. • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills. • Knowledge of construction, roofing, building products, drilling and/or industrial technology is a plus. • Comfortable on camera and with public speaking for webinars, videos, and live event coverage.
