Senior Account Executive – SLED OTE: $150k x 2 This company builds enterprise SaaS for large-scale infrastructure and capital projects, helping public-sector organisations plan, control, and deliver complex programs on time and on budget. Their platform sits in the construction / project controls / infrastructure software space and is used by large, sophisticated owners and operators. This is a pure new-business role selling into US State, Local, and Education (SLED) organisations. What you’ll do • Hunt and win net-new SLED accounts across public infrastructure • Sell at the executive level on value and ROI, while engaging technical and project stakeholders • Own multi-stakeholder sales cycles with deal sizes typically $250k–$1m • Stay involved post-close to ensure outcomes and expansion opportunities What we’re looking for • 5–7 years closing large enterprise software deals • SLED selling experience (State / Local / Education) • Construction tech, infrastructure, or project controls background a plus • Hunter mindset, high energy, commercially sharp • Comfortable with travel and in-person selling
