Job Summary We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven, and experienced Director of Affiliate Marketing Partnerships to lead and scale our affiliate program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful affiliate strategies, specifically within the fast-paced and compliance-driven fintech or financial services industry. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical expertise, and exceptional relationship-building skills to drive profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead channel growth strategy across all online marketplaces from partner sourcing and negotiation to launch, optimization, and reporting. • Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with company goals for customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue targets. • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to keep the program at the forefront of the industry. • Partner with the CMO and executive team to define marketplace priorities within the broader omnichannel growth strategy. • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners, including content publishers and comparison sites. • Cultivate and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with key partners to maximize their engagement and performance. • Negotiate favorable terms, including commission structures and placement fees, to ensure a healthy and sustainable ROI. • Lead quarterly business reviews and performance reports for executive stakeholders. • Own the performance of the affiliate channel, regularly tracking and reporting on key metrics such as CPL, CPA, LTV, and ROI. • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions on budget allocation. • Ensure all reporting and analysis is accurate and effectively communicated to leadership and cross-functional teams. • Serve as the primary liaison for the affiliate channel, collaborating closely with internal teams including Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Analytics, and Brand Marketing. • Ensure all affiliate campaigns and content are brand-aligned, compliant with financial regulations, and support broader company initiatives. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of affiliate managers. • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation. Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a dedicated affiliate marketing role. • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling multi-million dollar affiliate programs. • Proven experience in the fintech, financial services, or a highly regulated industry is a plus. • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
