Full Description

Job Description: • Shape and execute the Finance technology and transformation strategy • Lead the roadmap for Oracle ERP, OneStream, Adaptive Planning, reporting, analytics, integrations, and other critical Finance capabilities • Define and lead a multi-year Finance AI and automation agenda • Prioritize high-value opportunities improving productivity, decision-making, accuracy, and scalability • Accelerate responsible adoption of generative AI, copilots, agent-based solutions, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics • Modernize end-to-end Finance processes across FP&A, financial close and reporting, Treasury, Tax, Revenue Accounting, and Finance Shared Services • Establish governance across Finance technology, data, AI, security, controls, and SOX compliance • Partner with senior leaders across Finance, IT, Data, and Business Operations • Translate strategic priorities into scalable initiatives, investment decisions, and measurable business outcomes • Build and inspire a high-performing global organization spanning Finance platforms, ERP and EPM, analytics, automation, and process excellence Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Finance, Finance Technology, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation • 7+ years leading global teams • Enterprise software company experience preferred • Deep experience with enterprise Finance platforms, including ERP and EPM solutions such as Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Hyperion, Adaptive Planning, or comparable technologies • Track record of defining roadmaps and delivering large-scale transformation involving AI, automation, data, digital Finance, or process modernization • Practical experience evaluating and scaling generative AI, copilots, agent-based solutions, machine learning, and intelligent automation in a governed enterprise environment • Strong Finance and business acumen, including financial reporting, analytics, controls, governance, data, and enterprise technology • Executive presence and influential leadership skills • CPA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional credential preferred Benefits: • Variable plan • Country-specific benefits • Reasonable accommodation during the application and hiring process • Equal opportunity employment
