About The Role: Senior Sales Consultant We’re hiring experienced, high-performance Senior Sales Consultants to help scale our eCommerce influencer marketing offer. This role is commission-only at 20% on cash collected, with fully booked calendars and a proven $15-30K offer that delivers. On-target earnings (OTE) are $20-35K+ per month for top performers. If you’ve got the skill, we’ll give you the deal flow. What You’ll Do Run a fully booked calendar of sales calls with warm, qualified leads Deliver a consultative, high-ticket sales process that closes consistently Handle objections with precision, urgency, and confidence Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and improve close rates Maintain pipeline discipline and consistently hit revenue targets What We’re Looking For 3+ years of proven success closing $10K+ ticket offers (consulting, coaching, marketing, SaaS, or similar) Track record of $1M+ in cash collected and 25%+ close rates Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build trust quickly High emotional intelligence and confidence in objection handling Ability to work EST hours with consistency and reliability Driven by commissions, performance, and mastery Why BM Digital? 20% commissions on cash collected, no cap Fully booked calendars with qualified calls A proven offer with strong close rates A world-class team that delivers client results 100% remote role with global opportunities Compensation Commission-Only (20%) OTE: $20-35K+ per month for top performers Location Remote - work from anywhere.
