About the Job Blume LLC is expanding its remote-based SDR team. We seek an SDR with 0-6 months of SDR experience who is based in WDC, VA, MD, PA, NJ, NC, SC, GA or FL, who is high-achieving, extroverted, personable, proactive, goal-oriented, energetic, positive, collaborative, organized, tech-savvy, polished and entrepreneurial-minded, and who is an excellent communicator and relationship builder on the phone and in virtual meetings. As a Blume SDR, you will work under the guidance and direction of our SDR Senior Manager and Chief Client Officer, and in collaboration with the SDR team and your assigned clients. In this role, you will provide demand-generation services to our clients across your assigned accounts. You will act as the initial point of contact for new business and will be responsible for developing relationships and scheduling meetings with prospects through outbound efforts. Job Responsibilities • Utilize our lead generation tools and resources to make calls, send emails, connect on LinkedIn, introduce our clients' solutions and secure meetings • Proactively source and qualify high-quality leads to support our clients' sales efforts, meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas • Research and create targeted lists of prospects who could benefit from our clients' tech product/service • Reach out to curated and targeted lists to identify sales opportunities • Guide qualified prospects to the next stage of the sales process by scheduling further conversations between the prospect and the client's Account Executive • Implement email campaigns, sales pitches, LinkedIn outreach, and other strategies to improve lead generation • Present our client companies to newly identified leads • Meet or exceed monthly calling and meeting quotas and track results using provided tools • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Blume's offerings • Collaborate with the team and leadership to serve our clients and drive business success • Continuously develop your sales skills and expand your knowledge of clients and the industry • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications to Succeed • An entrepreneurial, extroverted, go-getter spirit that thrives in a dynamic startup environment • Curious mind, quick learner, and willingness to explore new ideas and strategies • Professional, respectful, and trustworthy • Collaborative and inclusive relationship builder and team player • Aligned with the Company's values and culture • Strong work ethic, driven, and persistent in overcoming obstacles and consistently achieving quotas • Thrive in a results-oriented and accountable environment • Committed to being an engaged and contributing team player • Ambitious and motivated to excel in your role, exceed expectations, and advance in your career • Customer-centric mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Tech-minded and savvy, comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn and experience with typical demand generation and email automation tools • A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred • Up to 6 months of prior SDR experience, including cold calling, outbound email and LinkedIn prospecting, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics preferred • Experience working as an SDR at a sales development agency preferred • SDR certification a plus • Experience in commercial real estate technology (PropTech), construction tech, healthcare tech, fintech or cybersecurity a plus Compensation, Benefits & Perks • Fully remote role (only considering candidates who live in WDC, VA, MD, PA, NJ, NC, SC, GA or FL) • Competitive base salary ($50,000-$65,000 commensurate) and commission plan (OTE $68,000-$83,000, uncapped) • Opportunities for rapid career advancement and increased compensation • Unlimited vacation policy • Company holidays • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA, HSA • 401k Plan • On-the-job training, coaching and support • Work/life balance Inclusivity & EEO At Blume LLC, we value diversity and inclusion in our workforce.
