Location: Dallas (Hybrid) Reporting To: CRO Type: Full Time I Early Stage I Competitive Comp + Equity We’re building the digital air logistics network that empowers freight forwarders to compete at scale. This role plays a critical part in delivering on that mission. You’ll drive lead generation, strengthen visibility, and position the company's leadership as industry voices, directly impacting how forwarders move faster, protect margins, and build trust with their customers. Beyond brand visibility, this role is responsible for driving measurable digital growth through optimized performance, SEO strategy, and data-driven marketing campaigns. This role will need to engage qualified leads and contribute directly to pipeline growth, working cross-functionally to connect marketing performances with revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation programs across LinkedIn, HubSpot, and email to deliver a steady flow of qualified leads and nurture them to conversion. Build and manage marketing funnels to increase inbound leads and engagement. Collaborate with Sales to track MQL-to-SQL conversion and ensure alignment with ARR goals. • SEO & Organic Growth: Manage the SEO strategy, coordinate with vendors to publish optimized content, secure backlinks, and improve organic performance metrics. • Guest Podcasting: Position our executives as thought leaders by securing and promoting high-value podcast guest appearances and repurposing content for social and website use. • Webinars: Coordinate regular webinars and educational series to engage prospects, customers, and partners—driving brand awareness and lead generation. • Website & CMS Optimization: Maintain the website for performance, consistency, and conversion—ensuring new content, press releases, and updates are live every 30 days. • HubSpot Marketing: Develop and integrate HubSpot campaigns including list segmentation, lead management, automated workflows, and reporting. Analyze email and campaign performance and measure traffic engagement, conversion and ROI • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze marketing performance data, track KPIs, that measure traffic, engagement, conversion, and ROI. Translate marketing metrics into actionable insights for executive team engagement to review. Continuously and effectively test and refine campaigns across channels to maximize results. Skills and Experience • Proven experience managing digital campaigns across CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred). • Proven experience running SEO in a traditional marketing environment as well as modern (using ChatGPT, Gemini for SEO purposes) • Proven experience upkeeping websites with CMS • Experience in creative digital platforms such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft cloud • Confident in driving a lead generation campaign and connecting with potential customers in the logistics industry • Can lead and take charge of branding, outreach, and set up for online webinars • Strong ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and conversions. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills that translate technical content into clear value for forwarders. • Can work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment • Experience managing agencies or vendors, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables. • Strong ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and adapt by balancing creative storytelling with measurable business outcomes. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field • 6-10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, preferably within logistics, supply chain or SaaS) • Proven results (in a start-up preferred) proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with creative collaboration tools (Canva, Figma) • Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through execution and reporting • Proven track record of turning marketing activity into measurable lead and revenue growth Preferred Qualifications • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and WordPress (or similar CMS). • Experience in managing media campaigns such as podcast outreach, hosting webinars, etc. • Knowledge of freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation tech is a strong plus. • Certifications: Google Analytics, SEO, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Adobe Suite. Success Criteria (What Great Looks Like!) • Clear delivery of inbound lead flow and measurable campaign ROI within the first 90 days. • Can sustain a growth percentage of 15% increase in inbound leads within six months/. • Can sustain media campaigns and help facilitate collaboration with other industry-relevant podcasts at least 4 times a month, while focusing on increasing traffic to website. • Can maintain website performance, manage website CMS and collaborate with fellow marketing colleagues to keep brand’s website up to date and in good health. • Can manage, perform outreach for, and host a branded webinar on a quarterly basis that creates brand authority. • Delivers consistent reporting on campaign ROI and marketing’s contribution to sales pipeline. • Demonstrates proactive ownership of our digital visibility and lead generation ecosystem. • Builds trust and alignment across marketing, sales, and leadership teams. • Contributes ideas that enhance brand credibility, user engagement, and forwarder value.
