Bluewater Northstar LLC • Full-time • Austin, TX (Cedar Park, Round Rock, or West Parmer location) Annual Salary: $41,600 - $62,400 (based on experience) + performance incentives About the Role We're hiring a sales-driven Store Manager to lead one of our three uBreakiFix by Asurion locations in Austin. As an official repair partner for Samsung, Google Pixel, Dell, Verizon, and AT&T, we handle high-value warranty repairs and device protection that most shops never see. This role is for someone who thrives on revenue growth, sales leadership, and team development. You'll coach your team to maximize every customer interaction - from repair conversions to accessory bundles to protection plans - while delivering exceptional service. What You'll Own Revenue Growth & Sales Performance • Lead your team to hit monthly revenue targets of $80K-100K through strategic sales execution and operational excellence • Drive repair volume by converting leads, maintaining fast turnaround times, and delivering quality that generates referrals • Maximize transaction value through accessory sales, premium repair packages, and protection plan conversions • Build sales processes that increase average ticket value across repairs, accessories, and Home+ protection plans • Track and analyze daily/weekly sales metrics and adjust tactics to hit targets • Develop local sales campaigns and team incentive programs that drive results Team Development & Sales Coaching • Hire, train, and coach technicians who excel at both technical work and revenue generation • Build a sales culture with technical people - teach them to identify opportunities, present value, and close confidently • Run daily sales huddles and weekly coaching sessions focused on skill development • Hold team accountable to revenue targets while maintaining positive morale • Train team to bundle repairs with accessories (cases, screen protectors, charging cables) and present premium service options Store Operations & Customer Experience • Manage inventory control, scheduling, quality standards, and store appearance • Maintain operational excellence while driving aggressive growth • Ensure every repair meets Samsung, Google, and Dell certification standards • Monitor customer satisfaction scores and resolve escalations independently • Create customer experience that generates five-star reviews and repeat business Independent Leadership • Run your store without constant oversight - solve problems, make decisions, escalate strategically • Weekly 1:1s with ownership for strategic input and development • Build systems and processes that work when you're not watching What You Bring • 2+ years of retail management, store leadership, or sales management experience (electronics, wireless, service industry preferred) • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets - you've built sales cultures, not just processed transactions • Strong customer service orientation combined with sales accountability and business acumen • Comfortable managing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics across multiple revenue streams • Excellent communication skills - can give direct feedback and hold people accountable • Systems-oriented mindset - you build repeatable processes and sales routines • Ability to command respect and develop a young, tech-oriented team • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $41,600 - $62,400 annually (depending on experience) Performance Incentives: • $25 per Home+ protection plan sold • 10% of accessory and non-repair revenue • Monthly bonuses tied to store revenue performance Development & Growth: • Weekly 1:1s with ownership for coaching and strategic planning • Real autonomy and decision-making authority • Career growth opportunities as business scales • Work with top global brands in certified retail environment About Bluewater Northstar Bluewater Northstar LLC operates three uBreakiFix by Asurion locations in the Austin metro area (Cedar Park, Round Rock, West Parmer).
