Key Responsibilities: - Organize and attribute project documents accurately. - Schedule deadlines and maintain deliverables for multiple projects. - Coordinate subcontractor and vendor processes. - Attend and document project meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items. - Track and manage project deliverables through the approval process. - Lead small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. What We’re Looking For: - A self-directed and flexible team player with a commitment to learning. - An Associate Degree or higher in Project Management or a related field. - At least two years of experience in project management, with proficiency in SharePoint, MS Server, and MS Office Suite. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle interruptions. - A collaborative spirit, ready to establish strong working relationships and share knowledge.
