In This Role In this role, you will support a high-visibility Engineering Systems AI organization whose platform has been adopted enterprise-wide and is experiencing rapid growth. You will play a critical role in managing rollout efforts, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking KPIs and dashboards, and ensuring communication rhythms remain consistent and effective. You will act as the operational backbone of the program — driving tooling rollouts, organizing leadership touchpoints, tracking action items, supporting executive meetings, and ensuring deliverables stay aligned with timelines and scope. This role requires strong program management fundamentals combined with organizational excellence, executive-level communication skills, and comfort with lightweight data analysis. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end project management across planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting phases Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and budgets Coordinate tooling rollouts and adoption efforts across multiple internal teams Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder alignment and progress tracking Lead recurring standups, program check-ins, and milestone reviews Prepare executive-ready dashboards, KPI summaries, and performance reports Support leadership meetings with agenda preparation, note-taking, and action tracking Drive communication strategies including newsletters, status updates, and rollout communications Track risks, dependencies, and operational blockers and ensure timely resolution Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and rollout readiness planning Conduct lightweight data analysis to measure adoption, usage trends, and operational KPIs Ensure appropriate project management methodologies and governance processes are followed Present updates and insights to senior stakeholders and steering committees Required Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field 5–7 years of IT Project or Program Management experience Proven experience managing enterprise-scale technology initiatives Demonstrated experience leading tooling rollouts, system implementations, or platform adoption programs Strong experience in change management and organizational adoption strategies Experience driving structured rollout plans including stakeholder readiness, communications, and success metrics Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, business, and leadership teams Experience building and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and lightweight data analysis reports Strong executive communication skills (status reports, action tracking, leadership updates) Experience facilitating UAT and release readiness activities Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments Strong risk assessment and mitigation planning skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale engineering systems or AI-driven platforms Experience working within large, matrixed technology organizations Familiarity with lightweight data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, dashboards, etc.) Experience owning leadership communications (newsletters, executive updates, program summaries) Experience operating in structured Agile environments MBA or advanced degree in related field Experience in environments requiring cloud attestation or similar compliance requirements Salary Range At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $125,000 to $135,000 per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
