Full Description

Job Description: • Serve as a Senior Program Manager responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting system integration activities across enterprise delivery and factory operations. • Lead concurrent programs while operating in a fast-paced, tactical environment that requires hands-on execution, strong cross-functional coordination, and strict adherence to 24–48 hour SLAs. • Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and business teams to troubleshoot system issues, maintain data integrity (inventories), prevent operational delays, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Manage and resolve system integrator requests within 24–48 hour SLAs, proactively identifying and eliminating operational blockers that could impact factory operations and rack delivery. • Analyze operational, inventory, and ERP (SAP) data using advanced Excel and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making and maintain data accuracy. Requirements: • 5–7+ years of program or project management experience in operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or service delivery environments. • 5–7 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience (complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting, data analysis). • 2–5 years of ERP system experience, preferably SAP. • Demonstrated experience managing SLA-driven workflows (24–48 hour response requirements). • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, tactical environments requiring hands-on execution. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
