We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Manager to manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience working with financial data, and a solid foundation in accounting principles. Position Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, vendor communications, and payment execution Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including customer billing, payment application, and collections follow-up Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Conduct basic financial analysis to support reporting and decision-making Utilize advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) to analyze and organize financial data Assist with data analysis projects to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities Support month-end and year-end close processes Basic Qualifications: A few years of professional accounting experience in AP/AR or a related role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Solid data analysis capabilities and an analytical mindset Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Experience with Netsuite is a plus Salary Range: $75,000 - 115,000
