Job Description: • Monitor data to meet timeliness and compliance standards • Assist with external audits and develop solutions for identified issues • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and resource utilization Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, or audit review • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines • Professional conduct and auditing credentials • CHOICES LTSS experience preferred • Be able to work either a 6:45am – 3:15pm CST or 7am – 3:30pm CST shift M-F • Must reside in the State of Tennessee Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching
