Our teams of Senior Solutions Architects demonstrate technical leadership everyday by writing code, constructing solution architectures, and guiding customers through decision paths to achieve impactful outcomes. We advise everyone from developers through senior executives on how best to utilize Snowflake to make their business successful. Our Solution Architects are comfortable with change and live on the cutting edge of technology. AS A SNOWFLAKE SENIOR SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT, YOU WILL : - Directly engage with customers individually or as part of a technical delivery team - Oversee and advise on the implementation of the customers Snowflake platform - Demonstrate technical leadership through personally developed code, solution architectures and implementation recommendations - Act as a trusted advisor to customer executive leadership for thought leadership and solution approaches - Extract business requirements from customers and translate them into a well-architected recommendation - Develop and provide forward looking guidance and future state roadmaps - Leverage known best practices and solutions to reduce risk to customer implementations - Decompose future state goals into actionable execution plans - Collaborate with Snowflake GTM and product teams to ensure customer alignment to Snowflake goals Specific AI/ML Expertise: - General enablement on Cortex functionality and features (Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, DocAI, etc.) - Knowledgeable on when to use Cortex search, decision matrix, etc. to frame the customer's decisions - Knowledgeable on GenAI capabilities - Given a problem, what is the best ways to resolve it - RAG, how embeddings work, DocAI, how to do good setup to ensure your ML model is strong - Understands strengths and weaknesses of Cortex - Foundational AI/ML understandings with the ability to dive deeper into further functionalities We are looking for someone who is experienced in building lasting relationships and is passionate about making meaningful contributions to our team.
