As a Business Development Liaison, you will: • Identify ideal potential referral partners. • Initiate new relationships with potential referral partners and maintain positive relationships with current referral partners. • Design, develop, and drive cutting edge sales strategies designed to meet the needs of our referral partners and prospective clients in the community. • Facilitate the identification and assessment of future clients through the building of long-term relationships with referring facilities, clinics, community partners, and physicians. • Implement an effective marketing plan for achieving budgeted care, referral, and contact objectives. • Collaborate to improve marketing materials. As a Business Development Liaison, you should have: • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record is required. • Two years demonstrated marketing/sales success is required. • Formal sales training is preferred. • Demonstrated healthcare sales experience is preferred including lead generation, educating the referral sources, persistent follow up and follow through on all leads and customer service follow up.
