We are a growing fleet graphics printing and signage company specializing in high-impact vehicle branding, fleet rollouts, and commercial signage. We are seeking a Field Sales Executive with a proven ability to open doors, build relationships, and secure large trucking and transportation fleet accounts. This is a hunter-focused, field-based role responsible for developing new fleet programs while expanding existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate understands how trucking companies buy, can speak the language of fleet managers and operations leaders, and is comfortable selling multi-vehicle, repeat business with long sales cycles and high lifetime value. Key Responsibilities New Business Development • Prospect and secure new trucking, logistics, construction, and transportation fleet accounts • Target fleet managers, operations managers, marketing leaders, and ownership groups • Develop relationships through in-person visits, referrals, industry events, and warm outreach • Identify opportunities for full fleet rollouts, rebrands, and ongoing fleet maintenance programs Account Management & Growth • Manage and grow assigned accounts with a focus on repeat fleet work and multi-location programs • Identify upsell opportunities including fleet rebrands, trailer graphics, yard signage, and facility branding • Serve as the primary point of contact from initial proposal through execution and follow-up • Build long-term partnerships that generate recurring revenue Sales Execution • Conduct on-site consultations to assess fleet needs, branding goals, and operational constraints • Present solutions including vehicle wraps, decals, DOT-compliant markings, and signage • Develop pricing, proposals, and rollout strategies in collaboration with internal production teams • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining target margins Pipeline & Territory Management • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified fleet opportunities using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) • Track activities, forecast revenue, and manage sales cycles effectively • Analyze territory performance and adjust strategy to maximize results Qualifications & Experience • 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in fleet graphics, printing, signage, industrial services, or related industries • Demonstrated success selling large, multi-unit, or program-based deals • Experience selling to trucking companies, logistics firms, construction fleets, or service-based fleets is strongly preferred • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and accounts • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory What Success Looks Like in This Role • Consistently opening new fleet accounts with 10+ vehicles • Building repeat programs with regional and national fleet customers • Developing trusted relationships with fleet and operations decision-makers • Growing account value year-over-year through expanded services • Maintaining a healthy, predictable sales pipeline Compensation & Benefits (Customize as Needed) • Base salary + uncapped commission • Mileage reimbursement / vehicle allowance • Health benefits and paid time off • Clear growth path into senior sales or sales leadership roles Why Join Us • Sell a high-demand, visible product with strong repeat business • Short learning curve for experienced B2B sellers • Strong operational support and in-house production • Opportunity to build long-term, high-value client relationships • Direct impact on company growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Life insurance • Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pineville, NC 28134
