Remote or hybrid work is not available. About the Role As an Events Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our event operations—supporting everything from planning to execution. One day you might be coordinating logistics or liaising with vendors, the next you’ll be on-site helping ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll gain real experience in live events while working alongside a supportive and creative team. What You’ll Do • Event Planning Support – Assist with logistics, timelines, and scheduling for events of all sizes. • On-Site Coordination – Help set up, register attendees, manage materials, and support the team during live events. • Vendor & Partner Liaison – Communicate with venues, suppliers, and partners to keep everything on track. • Marketing & Promotion – Support the creation of event materials, invitations, and social content. • Administration – Manage guest lists, track RSVPs, and maintain event databases. • Post-Event Wrap-Up – Collect feedback, compile reports, and help capture learnings for future events. What We’re Looking For • A degree or diploma in Events, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy working with people. • A proactive, can-do attitude with the flexibility to adapt on the fly. • Previous experience or internships in events, hospitality, or marketing are an asset. • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What We Offer • A full-time, on-site role in the heart of New York City. • Hands-on experience in live events, activations, and brand experiences. • Opportunities for training, mentorship, and career progression in events. • A collaborative, supportive team that values creativity and problem-solving. • Competitive pay and benefits package.
