5+ years IT recruiting experience for technical roles in MSP or professional services, proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, excellent communication skills.
This is an open-ended contract working directly for Blue Mantis as a 1099 Contractor 100% Remote within the US. The pay for this position is between $40.00 to $60.00 per hour and is paid bi-weekly. Blue Mantis has a need for an in-house technical recruiter that is well versed with full life cycle recruiting. The Senior Technology Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, set realistic technical and other job requirements and continually adjust to ever shifting client driven needs. This position will be a critical partner to the executive team and leaders throughout the company. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies. • Update spreadsheet trackers to keep track of all candidates of each interview stage. • Assists with the development and revision of specifications, job descriptions, and resulting job posting text for selected positions. • Understands the Blue Mantis organization and high-performance culture and effectively conveys this to potential candidates. • Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication. • Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers and teams. • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. • Vets applicants/candidates to ensure they have strong IT skills and customer facing experience to support external Blue Mantis customers. • Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates, and/or manages those negotiations where needed. • Manages requisition and posting status, and candidate status and disposition within the ATS. • Creates offer letters and routes for approvals. • Delivers approved offers through the ATS. Job Requirements: • 5+ Years of IT Recruiting Experience as it relates to Help Desk/Desktop Support Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Service Delivery Leads, Network Systems Administrators, Sys Admins, Network Engineers, Security Engineers. • Understands how to differentiate between Help Desk/Desktop Support Engineers VS Network Engineers & Network Sys Administrators. • Having a technical IT background is a + will be stand out from other applications • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills. • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean Search Experience. • Experience with recruiting for technical help desk roles and recruiting within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or professional services organization preferred such as companies like Presidio, WWT, NWN, E+ is a huge plus. • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & Excellent interpersonal skills. • Proficient with applicant tracking systems, preferably Pinpoint or Green House.
