Bachelor's degree, 7+ years managing software development projects with Agile experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and expertise in cloud, infrastructure, and security project management.
This full time role will be responsible for the Cloud, Infrastructure, Information Security project delivery execution. The role partners with leaders across business units to manage project execution. It oversees the software delivery methodology and aligns project leadership from internal or external sources to ensure successful delivery. The role may also serve as the Agile Release Train (ART) leader for significant projects or programs. It involves communicating with stakeholders, mitigating impediments, and managing issues and risks. Additionally, the role leads the project portfolio to achieve benefits and control not available from managing individual projects. • Leads and partners with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to establish and maintain the backlog through the Program Increment (PI) planning process. • Monitor feature execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, manage dependencies and risks, and facilitate ART events. Drive feature readiness, and summarize Team PI Objectives into Program Objectives, and work to improve Agile adoption within the ART. • Agile Training, coach and mentor Scrum Masters, product owners, and teams on Agile practices. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the AR. The Posting Range For This Position Is $131,908.00-$189,737.99 Qualifications Education • Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience in similar work environment. Experience • 7+ Years experience managing software development projects including Agile experience Required Knowledge Skills And Abilities • Effective team-oriented interpersonal skills. • Superior analytical skills to support quality decision making in support of the project or program. • Demonstrated political and interpersonal savvy • Ability to manage conflicts by reading situations quickly, identifying potential solutions and gaining cooperation with minimal disruption. • Ability to establish and maintain high level customer trust and confidence • Demonstrated development and maintenance of business relationships • Superior conceptualization skills to quickly grasp and understand business and architectural concepts and frameworks. • Outstanding organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. • Ability to work independently, attention to detail and customer service orientation. • Outstanding communications skills, ability to effectively present concepts and issues for both business and technical audiences. The posted salary range is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.
