The Engagement Manager is responsible for the overall outcome and delivery of projects, driving relationships with a consultative approach. They manage implementation projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in professional services, customer success, project management, or consulting. Experience with SaaS and enterprise-grade HRIS/ATS systems is also required.
Our Engagement Manager is responsible for the overall outcome and delivery of projects. This person will drive relationships with a highly consultive approach and manage implementation projects to ensure on time, high quality and within budget delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact working closely with project sponsor and stakeholders in defining goals and success Manage cross-functional teams who are responsible for delivering implementations on time Conduct discovery calls and implementation workshops to define project strategy, SOW (statement of work), and detailed plans Be responsible for all aspects of project management and coordination, including scope and change request management Partner with account management, professional services, product, and engineering teams to deliver successful implementations Analyze engagement metrics and drive best practice usage Interpret customer insights to drive change in product and function as the voice of customer to the product and engineering teams MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of professional services, customer success, project management, or consulting Experience with implementations of Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, or other SaaS and enterprise grade HRIS/ATS systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proficient in SaaS project management or implementation Experience in defining business requirements and additional scope for change orders and expansion Excellent verbal and written communications Understanding of software implementation process and driving outcomes Experience with change management techniques and methodologies Blue Crab Consulting is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
