What You’ll Be Doing • Be the first smiling face customers see welcome visitors and VIP appointments with warmth and professionalism • Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and efficiency • Keep the front desk running • Support the team with clerical and administrative tasks • Accept and process deposit payments for RV purchases • Provide basic information about our products and services to walk-in customers • Take pictures of RVs as needed to support marketing or inventory updates • Jump in to help with any additional tasks needed to create an exceptional customer and team experience What You Bring To The Table • A bright, outgoing personality — you’re someone people want to talk to! • Calm under pressure and cool in a fast-paced environment • Great attention to detail and multitasking skills • A professional, team-first mindset • Tech-savvy and able to learn dealership systems quickly • Ability to work evenings (until 8 PM) and some weekends as needed What We Have To Offer Blue Compass RV, based in Fort Lauderdale, is the fastest-growing RV company with 100+ dealerships nationwide.
