Project Manager – Payroll Transformation (ADP GlobalView) Location: Troy Michigan • All Candidates MUST be able to work on our w2 with no restrictions. • NO 3rd party vendors are allowed for this role. • This role is 100% onsite in Troy MI Blue Chip Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration of U.S. payroll processing from ADP Workforce Now to ADP GlobalView. This enterprise initiative includes: • Workday HRIS integration • Benefits vendor implementation • Payroll data migration and validation • GL interface mapping to Oracle ERP Responsibilities • Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Manage payroll implementation activities across Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors • Oversee integrations between ADP GlobalView, Workday, benefits vendors, and Oracle ERP • Direct payroll data migration, reconciliation, testing, and validation efforts • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and executive status reporting • Lead go-live readiness, deployment, and post-implementation support • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and support change management activities Required Qualifications • 5+ years leading payroll implementations or payroll transformation projects • Hands-on experience with: • ADP Workforce Now • ADP GlobalView • Workday HRIS integrations • Strong understanding of payroll operations, compliance, testing, and data migration • Experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations • Experience with ERP integrations, preferably Oracle ERP • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills • Bachelor's degree required
