Position Overview We are seeking a Technical Delivery Analyst to support technical coordination and execution within a fast-paced, agile environment. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are complete, deliverables are tracked, and technical initiatives remain on schedule. Key Responsibilities • Lead coordination of recurring technical initiatives and release cycles • Manage JIRA workflows and ensure milestone adherence • Track cross-functional dependencies and proactively address blockers • Facilitate communication between business, agency, and development teams • Validate intake documentation to ensure completeness and clarity • Confirm functional specifications are development-ready before handoff • Maintain structured documentation supporting technical execution • Monitor technical ticket queues, including defects, enhancements, and support requests • Coordinate appropriate routing and resolution with engineering teams • Maintain process documentation, data mappings, and system interaction overviews • Demonstrate understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and data flows • Support adherence to internal quality and governance standards Qualifications • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Technical Coordinator or Project Coordinator • Experience managing work within JIRA (ticket creation, workflow management, backlog grooming, status tracking) • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and release cycles • Ability to review and validate functional and technical requirements documentation • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical stakeholders (business, QA, development) • Familiarity with API concepts, system integrations, and data flows • Experience in monitoring and triaging defects, enhancements, and support tickets • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
