We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a variety of enterprise IT infrastructure initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing complex, cyclical infrastructure projects while coordinating multiple technical teams and ensuring business operations continue uninterrupted during system changes. Job Duties • Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure projects across multiple technology domains. • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between infrastructure, engineering, operations, and technical stakeholders. • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and status reporting. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. • Document infrastructure decisions, technical tradeoffs, and project impacts. • Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. • Oversee phased rollouts, testing, and implementation to ensure operational continuity during infrastructure changes. • Track budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple infrastructure initiatives. • Support architecture and engineering teams by documenting the reasoning behind infrastructure decisions and ensuring stakeholders understand business impacts. Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager with experience leading Microsoft 365 migration, or have managed Azure cloud infrastructure migration • Experience leading multiple types of infrastructure initiatives, such as Cloud migrations Data infrastructure implementations, Microsoft 365 migrations, Network infrastructure deployments, Backup platform migrations and Endpoint modernization initiative • Ability to coordinate work across multiple technical teams and infrastructure domains simultaneously. • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments and how changes impact live operations. • Ability to understand, document, and communicate the technical reasoning behind infrastructure decisions.
