Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a global manufacturing firm, is seeking an HR Benefits Administrator. This role manages U.S. employee benefits, supports compensation cycles, and ensures programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs. Job Duties • Manage day-to-day operations of benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, issue resolution, and vendor coordination • Support benefits onboarding, education initiatives, and annual open enrollment communications • Lead the annual renewal cycle, including data analysis, cost modeling, and vendor negotiations • Administer 401(k) plan operations, including eligibility, loans, distributions, and compliance testing • Ensure compliance with state regulations • Assist in annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and salary adjustments • Contribute to market pricing, salary surveys, job evaluations, and compensation reporting Skills & Experience Required • Bachelor’s in HR or related field • 5+ years in compensation and benefits • Strong Excel and data analysis skills • Working knowledge of benefits compliance regulations • Experience with compensation cycles and structures • Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
