Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.** Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a financial services organization, is seeking a skilled Project Change Management Analyst. This role is responsible for leading change communications and driving user adoption across enterprise technology initiatives, while translating complex technical changes into clear, actionable messaging for diverse audiences. Job Duties • Develop and execute change communication strategies aligned with IT transformation initiatives • Create leadership briefings, release communications, and end-user messaging materials • Translate technical concepts into audience-specific communications across impacted teams • Monitor user adoption metrics and analyze feedback to improve engagement and acceptance • Track workforce readiness KPIs, including training completion and system adoption rates • Produce executive-level reporting on change progress, risks, and organizational impact • Collaborate with IT, HR, and transformation teams to support workforce transition efforts • Identify change-related risks and implement mitigation strategies through communication and training Skills Required: • 5+ years of experience in change management or transformation roles • 5+ years supporting large-scale technology initiatives (e.g., cloud, ERP, data platforms, cybersecurity) • Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR or similar methodologies) • Experience developing communication plans and executive-level reporting • Familiarity with agile or hybrid technology delivery environments • Experience tracking KPIs related to adoption, training, and workforce readiness • Experience working within a Transformation Management Office (TMO) or similar structure • Exposure to enterprise-wide digital or IT transformation programs
