Job Summary The Solutions Consultant / Sales Engineer will support our core and digital banking solutions portfolio. This role bridges the gap between technology and business, partnering with sales, product, and client teams to deliver tailored solutions that address the evolving needs of financial institutions. Will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through discovery, design solutions, demonstrations, and technical validation to ensure successful adoption of our banking platforms. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/ Responsibilities: · Pre-Sales Support o Partner with account executives to understand client needs and position our solutions effectively. o Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts. o Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for banking executives and IT leaders. · Solution Design & Consulting o Collaborate with clients to analyze current-state banking processes, systems, and challenges. o Recommend best-fit configurations, integrations, and digital transformation strategies. o Ensure proposed solutions align with regulatory requirements, security standards, and scalability needs. · Client Engagement o Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales cycle, building credibility and long-term relationships. o Address technical objections and provide expert guidance during RFP/RFI processes. o Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff from pre-sales to delivery. · Market & Product Expertise o Stay current on core banking systems, digital channels (online, mobile), and emerging fintech trends. o Provide feedback to product management to influence roadmap and feature enhancements. o Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and industry events. · Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/ Abilities: · Excellent verbal, communication, presentation and story-telling skills. · Strong knowledge of core banking platforms, digital banking solutions, payments, and API-driven ecosystems. · Ability to bridge technical and business conversations, tailoring messages to both executives and IT stakeholders. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Familiarity with banking regulations, security standards, and digital transformation trends. · Proficient with Google Workspace or related software. Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, Masters degree preferred. · 5 or more years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales Specialist in banking technology —preferably in fintech, core banking, or digital banking. Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. · Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. · Must be able to regularly travel NONE
