Job Title: Clinical Supervisor – IBHS Program (Part-Time | Contract | Startup Program) Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid / Remote for supervision) Job Type: Part-Time | Contract | 1099 Job Description Blooming Destiny LLC is a growing behavioral health organization preparing to launch an IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) program in Philadelphia. We are currently seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor to support program development and provide clinical oversight as we complete the Medicaid credentialing and approval process. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed professional interested in leadership, program development, and long-term growth with a mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision in accordance with PA IBHS and Medicaid regulations Review and sign off on assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Support program development and readiness during the approval phase Provide consultation to clinicians and staff as the program launches Ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and quality standards Participate in audits, reviews, and compliance activities as needed Qualifications Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or BCBA) Eligibility to serve as an IBHS Clinical Supervisor under PA regulations Experience with IBHS, BHT, MT, or behavioral health services preferred Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and compliance Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Compensation Deferred compensation until Medicaid/IBHS approval is finalized Paid retroactively or immediately upon approval Competitive contract rate once services begin Opportunity for ongoing part-time or long-term supervisory role This role is ideal for clinicians open to startup involvement and long-term partnership.
