The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead segment strategy and GTM readiness for Bloomerang’s mid-market audiences and portfolio products. This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role responsible for ensuring that every message, launch, and enablement initiative directly supports predictable revenue growth. You’ll turn customer, market, and competitive insight into persona-based messaging, sales enablement content, and GTM frameworks that accelerate win rates, adoption, and expansion ARR. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Enablement, Market Insights, and Customer Marketing. What You Will Do Messaging & Persona Strategy Develop and maintain segment and classification specific messaging matrices for segments, tied to pains, ROI drivers, and objections. Build and refine segment and classification-specific persona frameworks informed by qualitative insights, sales patterns, and AI-driven tools (Wynter, Gong, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude). Partner with Market Insights on win/loss trends, VOC summaries, and competitive themes that shape GTM priorities. Translate segment insights into prioritized messaging, value propositions, and proof points used across Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Marketing. Go-to-Market Readiness Manage cross-functional alignment across Product, Brand, Demand Gen, Enablement, and Customer Marketing. Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver GTM training and internal rollout. Provide Product with value-prop guidance and narrative framing for feature documentation and release notes. Facilitate post-launch GTM audits and quarterly Growth Readiness reviews to identify messaging, adoption, and enablement improvements. Sales, Partner, & Customer Team Enablement Create persona-based talk tracks, discovery questions, objection-handling guides, battlecards, and competitive positioning. Partner with Sales Enablement and Customer Team enablement for delivery, certification, and reinforcement. Train GTM teams on new messaging and segment narratives. Collaborate with Customer Marketing to surface case studies, proof points, and customer stories for high-value segments. Competitive Intelligence & Market Insight Partner with Market Insights to maintain competitive positioning for various nonprofits segments and classifications; update Crayon dashboards with actionable insights. Synthesize win/loss themes and sales call patterns into recommendations that improve messaging, enablement, and GTM plays. Leverage AI tools to rapidly test messaging variation and analyze buyer resonance. Measurement & Revenue Impact Partner with RevOps to connect PMM programs to pipeline influence, win rate lift, adoption KPIs, and expansion ARR. Analyze trends using Salesforce, Gong, Crayon, Wynter, and AI dashboards to refine GTM programs. Publish quarterly insights reports highlighting PMM’s impact on revenue outcomes and segment performance. What You Need to Succeed 5+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Segment Strategy in a SaaS environment. Proven experience building persona-based messaging, sales enablement content, and GTM frameworks. Strong collaboration skills with Sales, CS, Demand Gen, Brand, and Product. Analytical, insight-driven thinker who is comfortable with Salesforce, Gong, and AI testing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to executives, Sales, and cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Nice to Haves But Not Required Experience in nonprofit tech or B2B SaaS selling into multi-stakeholder buying committees. Familiarity with tools such as Wynter, Jasper, Crayon, Gong, Highspot, or Pendo. Experience supporting PLG, adoption journeys, or in-app messaging. Compensation The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $157,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws Location This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (within the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only).
