High-growth database infrastructure startup powering top AI companies is looking for their first Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is an incredible opportunity to be at the epicenter of AI innovation, working with a talented 17-person team. You'll be the strategic partner to the CEO to create order and momentum by managing a busy calendar, booking travel, coordinating meetings, driving follow-through on projects and action items, and anticipating needs before they arise. You will also handle the overlap with personal support (roughly 20%). Someone exceptionally proactive who brings structure to chaos, communicates with clarity, and demonstrates relentless follow-through. Previous experience supporting a founder or senior executive in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a fully remote role with a strong preference for candidates in the ET time zone. 150-170K+ DOE + benefits, equity, and 401k with matching. Responsibilities: • Provide strategic support to the CEO, enabling focus on high-level business decisions and core priorities. • Manage a complex calendar, coordinating meetings and prioritizing time to maximize efficiency. • Own all travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Provide detailed travel itineraries while anticipating logistical needs. • Lead task and project management across multiple initiatives, tracking all moving pieces, ensuring follow-through on commitments, maintaining visibility on progress, and meeting deadlines. • Drive effective internal meetings with clear agendas, actionable items, and strategic insights prepared in advance; facilitate with clear ownership of action items and ensure maximum value from time invested. • Implement and operationalize processes that optimize efficiency. • Work comfortably with the natural overlap between personal and professional matters, maintaining confidentiality and discretion across both domains. Qualifications: • 5+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting c-suite or senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Ability to work well with strategic, analytical leaders who appreciate proactive problem-solving and operational excellence. • Clear, concise communicator with strong written and verbal skills. • Proactive follow-through and strong accountability. Ensures tasks and commitments are completed and takes initiative. • Able to anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and manage logistics with precision. • Highly adaptable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving environment. • Demonstrates sound judgment and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive matters. • Please Note: Your application will be considered for all open positions.
