All-in-one employee benefits and experience platform is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO and CTO. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first EA as their 14th hire and grow in your role as the company scales. In this role, you'll provide 50/50 split support to both executives, managing calendars and scheduling with a proactive approach to protecting their time and keeping priorities organized, booking occasional travel, and planning team off-sites. You'll also support cross-functional project management by serving as a key point of contact across teams, owning follow-up and accountability to ensure nothing falls through the cracks while maintaining a clear view of all active priorities. Someone who is a self-starter who thrives working autonomously, has the vision and drive to execute, and is adaptable and comfortable wearing many hats. This is a fully remote role, open to PST/EST time zones. 120-140K+ DOE + generous benefits and discretionary bonus. Responsibilities: • Provide support to the CEO and CTO, managing their calendars and schedules proactively to protect their time and anticipate needs. • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, documentation, and detailed notes. • Book occasional travel and accommodations, with detailed itineraries. • Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional initiatives by translating leadership requests into actionable plans, tracking milestones and deliverables, driving follow-ups, and ensuring deadlines, accountability, and stakeholder alignment across workstreams, teams, and stakeholders. • Plan and manage annual team off-sites, coordinate logistics, and think through activities and trip details. • Conduct research and provide recommendations to support operational and people-related decisions, including benefits and other internal programs, enabling efficient executive decision-making. • Ad hoc projects and tasks. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a dynamic, high-growth environment. • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take full ownership of responsibilities, and adapt quickly while maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. • Strong problem-solving ability and a growth-oriented approach with the drive to learn, execute, and contribute beyond routine tasks. • High proficiency in Google Workspace and modern productivity platforms, with experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and workflows. *Please Note: Your application will be considered for all open positions.
