Position: Paid Media Campaign Specialist Location: Denver / Hybrid Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 BLKDG is seeking a Digital Paid Media Coordinator to implement, manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate is someone who has a knack for problem solving, an innate understanding of analyzing data, and enjoys working across multiple industries and creative campaign challenges. Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business goals, target market and marketing objectives for their ad campaigns. • Manage the account setup, campaigns and reporting of paid digital campaigns for our clients. • Measure and optimize paid marketing campaigns using Google Analytics & reporting Tools. • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends to keep us ahead, including updates to search marketing, social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying. • Proactively research and test new strategies, and tactics to continuously deliver better results for our clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad creative that is contextually formatted for each platform and aligned with brand standards. • Contribute to thought leadership content on behalf of Magnetic in the form of written, video based, and in-person content publication. Qualifications: • 2-3 years experience (ideally at an agency) managing multi-channel, paid digital campaigns with a proven track record of generating profitable results • Must have an in-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels, strategies, and platforms, including paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.). Platform certifications are a plus (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.). • Experience managing annual media budgets and strategically allocating spend to maximize results. • Able to integrate multiple paid platforms to drive a cohesive strategy that complements and supports organic channels. • You bring a dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent communicator but can also be process-driven and rely on data to make decisions. • Experience in B2C eCommerce and/or B2B lead generation is a plus We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Paid Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. Your expertise in driving targeted traffic, optimizing ad performance, and maximizing ROI for our client’s campaigns will help lead to their continued success in their industry landscape. Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Development: Collaborate with the client’s marketing team to understand business goals and target audiences, and develop comprehensive PPC strategies aligned with these objectives. Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct in-depth keyword & audience research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords and personas that will drive quality traffic and conversions. Ad Creation and Optimization: Create compelling ad copies that resonate with the target audience and adhere to best practices. Regularly optimize ad creatives, headlines, descriptions, and other elements for improved performance. Campaign Setup: Set up and configure PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant paid media channels. Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to ensure optimal campaign performance, budget allocation, and cost-effectiveness. A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different ad variations, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR). Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the web development and design teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion and user experience, resulting in higher quality scores and better ad placements. Audience Targeting: Utilize demographic, geographic, behavioral, and contextual targeting options to reach the right audience segments with the most relevant ads. Budget Management: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly budgets for campaigns, ensuring spend is allocated efficiently and according to performance goals. Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, prepare detailed monthly reports of the campaign performance while providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and achieve better results. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with digital marketing industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising to continuously improve campaign performance. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience 3+ years in managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. Creative Mindset: Ability to craft compelling ad copies and develop innovative strategies that engage and resonate with target audiences. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate campaign setup, tracking, and optimization. Results-Driven: Track record of achieving and exceeding campaign goals, driving conversions, and improving ROI. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
