About the Job As a fulfillment specialist at Blazerworks, your key responsibilities will be outcome-based, with an emphasis on sourcing, high-volume recruiting, and coordinating top-tier educational professionals to provide to our Enterprise clients. Your way of working will be client-centric with a focus on delivering top talent to clients within both High-Volume Enterprise and Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. Your core mission is to fill open jobs quickly and accurately, while meeting all district requirements and Blazerworks’ high-performance standards. Your Qualifications and Skills • Experience: 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience and proven success in a recruiting or fulfillment role, with demonstrable results in education or significant exposure to high-volume enterprise-level accounts. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Enterprise expertise: Proven track record of supporting multi-million-dollar accounts within large-scale contingent workforce programs. • MSP Acumen: Demonstrated success working in high-volume, metric-driven MSP/VMS environments (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline). • Sourcing Expertise: Strong proficiency in advanced sourcing and candidate screening techniques across multiple channels. • Attention to Detail: Exceptional detail-orientation [awkward; “attention to detail” already conveys this — consider removing “detail-orientation”] and organizational skills, critical for managing compliance and credentialing. • Technology Fluency: Proficiency in CRM, ATS, or MSP/VMS systems is mandatory. • Exceptional relationship-management skills with a proven track record of supporting and growing executive client partnerships. • Results-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act with urgency in a fast-paced environment where outcomes directly impact client success. Key Responsibilities The role uses their recruiting experience to support their desks with a focus on urgency, strong client service, and ensuring the team consistently fills roles within expected timelines. Together, their leader and team will focus on: High-Velocity Talent Acquisition • Own the Fulfillment Pipeline: Serve as the owner for all assigned open jobs routed through the MSP platform. • Proactive Sourcing & Screening: Source, screen, and qualify high-demand educational professionals (SLPs, OTs, Special Educators, School Psychologists) to maintain a "ready-now" pipeline for both current and upcoming district needs. • Precision Matching: Review detailed job requirements and precisely match candidates based on credentials, experience, and compliance with client and district specifications. • Drive Speed-to-Market: Focus on reducing time-to-fill metrics by quickly moving qualified candidates through the screening process. Operational Excellence & Compliance • Data Driven: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and job data in the MSP/VMS system to ensure clean reporting and efficient workflows. • Onboarding Coordination: Partner with credentialing and onboarding teams to ensure candidates are fully credentialed and able to start assignments on time. • Metrics Reporting: Track and report fulfillment metrics, including fill rates, pipeline strength, and candidate status updates to the MSP Fulfillment Manager, providing data-driven insights. Strategic Partnership Internal Alignment: Support and align with the District Talent Manager and the MSP Fulfillment Manager by developing proactive recruiting strategies and providing market intelligence for effective workforce planning. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Fill Rate: Percentage of assigned requisitions filled within the target timeframe. • Time-to-Fill: Average cycle time from requisition opening to candidate acceptance. • Pipeline Health: Strength and quality of the immediate and future candidate pipelines by specialty. • Data Accuracy Score: Accuracy of candidate data and job matching records in the VMS. • On-Time Start Rate: Percentage of placements with credentialing complete and on-time start.
