Infrastructure Recruiter (RPO Engagement – Leading AI Infrastructure Company) Location: Remote or On-Site in San Francisco Compensation: $70–$90/hour About the Engagement We are partnering with a top AI infrastructure organization scaling its systems, hardware, platform, and data center engineering teams. This role is part of a high-impact RPO program supporting rapid growth in mission-critical technical areas. Role Overview We are searching for a Technical Infrastructure Recruiter with experience hiring for distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, HPC, hardware, and data center engineering roles. The right person is an expert at technical calibration, thrives in a high-velocity environment, and can build trust quickly with engineering and operations leaders. Responsibilities • Run full-cycle recruitment for Infrastructure, Systems, Hardware, DevOps, Platform, and related engineering roles • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategy • Identify, engage, and assess top technical talent across infrastructure disciplines • Build high-quality pipelines for niche engineering profiles • Manage interview process end-to-end, ensuring alignment and consistency • Track funnel metrics and provide insights to stakeholders Requirements • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in infrastructure engineering domains • Strong understanding of systems engineering, distributed systems, hardware, cloud, DevOps/SRE, and related competencies • Experience recruiting for high-growth engineering organizations or deep-tech companies • Ability to quickly build credibility with technical leaders • Excellent communication, organization, and candidate-management skills
