The role We're looking for a world-class technical writer to translate our groundbreaking technology into exceptional content that resonates with developers and technical founders. The role can either be part time (freelance) or full time if the fit is right. You'll be shaping the narrative for a new category of cloud computing. On a strategic level, you’ll help make Blaxel the undisputed authority on enterprise AI agents. You will establish the company as a thought leader on agentics for the enterprise and craft compelling, opinionated narratives showcasing our vision for agent networks. Your work will be the first point of contact for many developers learning about Blaxel. Your clarity, technical depth, and storytelling will be critical to our growth by building trust with a deeply technical audience, educating the market, and driving inbound interest from the best AI companies in the world. What you'll do Author deep-dive technical articles: Write authoritative blog posts that explore the complex challenges of running AI agents and how Blaxel’s architecture solves them. Topics will include deep dives on: Latency optimization Serverless compute for stateful applications Firecracker-based sandboxing Enterprise-grade agentic AI architecting (authentication, private connect, MCP, discovery API) Performance benchmarks And more… Create social media content: Distill the core ideas from our long-form content into insightful technical threads for X and posts for LinkedIn that engage the developer and AI communities. Craft customer case studies: Help our founders turn successful customer implementations into powerful stories. You'll detail the customer's initial problem, their journey to Blaxel, and the measurable impact on their product and business. Work directly with the founding team to understand the nuances of our platform, ensuring every piece of content is technically accurate, authentic, and insightful. Who we're looking for You have an exceptional portfolio of long-form technical content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies) written for a highly technical, developer-first audience. You are fluent in the language of modern cloud computing. You understand concepts like serverless, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), VMs, and the pros/cons of major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). You are actively interested in the AI/ML space and understand core concepts like LLMs, embeddings, and the emerging paradigm of AI agents. You have a demonstrated ability to take a highly complex technical topic and explain it in a way that is clear, engaging, and convincing without sacrificing technical depth. You are comfortable managing your own time and projects while proactively collaborating with a fast-moving, fully-remote team. You regularly use AI and agentic tools in your own workflow yourself, and understand their capabilities and limitations firsthand. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience as a software engineer or DevOps engineer. Prior writing experience for a dev-tools, cloud infrastructure, or AI platform startup.
