The role We're looking for a world-class GTM Engineer to drive user acquisition and engagement for our groundbreaking AI infrastructure platform. You'll be shaping the growth engine for a new category of cloud computing. Your mission will be to drive the two most important metrics in our business: qualified product demos and self-served user sign-ups. While this role is heavily oriented towards execution, you will have significant autonomy to innovate. We want you to build new systems, pioneer creative outreach strategies using the latest AI tools, and take ownership of key growth channels. What you'll do Collaborating with cofounders and leveraging AI as much as possible, build a lead generation engine across multiple channels with a relentless focus on driving demos and sign-ups. You'll build and refine lead lists of high-potential AI startups, using both manual research and setting up AI automations to identify best fits. Test different compelling value propositions in your outbound content that reflects our product and company identity Implement and execute outreach campaigns over multiple outbound channels using a mix of manual, personalized approaches and AI-driven automation. Set up scalable systems with AI agents to automate identifying and outreaching to companies /users at the best stage to benefit from out infrastructure You will rigorously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to double down on what works and quickly iterate away from what doesn't. Who you are Want to join a technical-first world: You are eager to join a growth role at a company where the product was highly technical and sold to developers (e.g., API-first, cloud infrastructure, open-source, or developer tools). Deeply AI fluent: You actively use AI tools in your own workflow, and can speak confidently about agentic frameworks, the trade-offs of different models, and the infrastructure challenges of building AI products. An execution machine: You have a bias for action and a proven track record of shipping campaigns and building systems. You thrive on a high-velocity, results-oriented team. A creative system-builder: You are excited by the challenge of setting up new systems, especially using automation and AI to create leverage and scale your impact. Data-driven & analytical: You are proficient with analytics and know how to measure the performance of your initiatives to guide strategy and prove your impact. Why us?
