A DAY IN THE LIFE Serves as the Workday subject matter expert with deep knowledge of functionality and capabilities including business processes, integrations, and security. Leads highly technical, specialized, and complex projects. Oversees the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, as well as the design of system test plans and test scenarios. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday capabilities for the Company, client groups and individuals with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Stay abreast of trends in information systems training, materials and techniques via Workday Community and other sources to continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent education and HR experience. Five or more years of progressive related experience required. Workday experience required WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Renewable construction industry experience. Experience working in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition modules within Workday.
