About Us We are a Miami-based creative team working with clients across beauty, fashion, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, and personal branding. We handle everything from social strategy to content creation, branding, and full social media management. As our client list grows, we’re looking for a creative team member who wants to grow with us. About the Role This is a starting position where you will begin by managing 4–5 client accounts. As we continue to take on more projects, there will be clear opportunities for you to advance, take on more responsibility, and grow within the company. We believe in building a team where everyone develops together. We are looking for someone with experience in social media management, graphic design, content creation, and short-form video editing. You should be comfortable working independently day-to-day, while also collaborating during content shoots and strategy discussions. The role is primarily remote but does require 2–4 in-person content days per month in Miami. Spanish-speaking is a strong plus, as many of our clients and audiences are bilingual. Candidates must have their own computer for daily work and reliable transportation/car for travel to client locations and content shoots. Responsibilities • Manage 4–5 social media accounts, including posting schedules and content planning • Create graphics, stories, and visually consistent branded content • Edit reels and short-form videos (CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.) • Participate in 2–4 in-person content days each month in Miami • Assist with creative direction and support during shoots • Maintain and organize content calendars • Stay informed on trends to bring new ideas to each brand • Ensure brand consistency across platforms • Communicate effectively with the Miami team for approvals and updates • Spanish-speaking is a plus Desired Characteristics • Creative with a strong eye for design and aesthetics • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Trend-aware and able to apply current social media styles • Strong communicator, both independent and collaborative • Reliable and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently • Comfortable supporting content creation during shoots • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to bring new ideas • Flexible and adaptable to different brand voices • Spanish-speaking is a plus (but not required) Required Skills • Strong background in graphic design • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Suite • Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) • Experience with content creation and content days • Familiarity with social media management and best practices Work Setup • Primarily remote • Must be available for 2–4 content days per month in Miami • Flexible schedule, deadline-driven How to Apply Please submit: • Your portfolio (graphics, reels, brand content) • Your resume • Links to any accounts you’ve worked on • Your Instagram profile SEND TO: admin@blankdm.com
