Director of Client Solutions – SMB Blanchard is seeking a high-performing Director of Client Solutions to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing Small Medium Business (SMB) accounts. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives at building relationships, developing strategic opportunities, and driving results. Key Responsibilities: Drive significant revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion. Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas by generating and closing new business opportunities. Expand business within existing accounts by selling additional solutions and/or through additional buying departments. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and business leaders. Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new clients. Drive revenue by leveraging the Marketplace (eStore) for existing and new accounts. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to capture new market opportunities. Effectively manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven track record (minimum three years) of closing sales, acquiring clients, managing a territory, and exceeding quotas. Self-motivated hunter with a relentless drive to generate new business. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to complex customer needs. Strong cold-calling and time management skills with the ability to present solutions in a clear, professional manner both in-person and virtually. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure, change, and adapt in a dynamic sales environment. Deep understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing. A trusted advisor who builds lasting relationships and delivers on commitments.
