Role Purpose Blanchard is seeking a high-performing Director of Client Solutions for our Enterprise division to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives at building relationships, developing strategic opportunities, and driving results. Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 + uncapped commission Duties Include: Drive significant revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion. Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas by generating and closing new business opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and business leaders. Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new clients. Expand business within existing accounts by selling additional solutions. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to capture new market opportunities. Effectively manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Who You Are: Proven track record (minimum three years) of closing sales, acquiring clients, managing a territory, and exceeding quotas. Self-motivated hunter with a relentless drive to generate new business. Strong cold-calling and time management skills with the ability to present solutions in a clear, professional manner. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a dynamic sales environment. Deep understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to complex customer needs. A trusted advisor who builds lasting relationships and delivers on commitments.
