Blair's Towing & Recovery Inc. is looking for an emergency call center dispatcher to join our team! We are one of the leading towing companies in Northern Virginia with over 40 trucks to serve our community. Responsibilities -Receive and answer all emergency and non-emergency calls with proper phone etiquette -Dispatch calls to drivers in a timely fashion -Release vehicles to customers -Become a "go-to" for all customer service related issues -Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint/need, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution. Requirements -Able to work in a fast paced environment and well under pressure - Drug free work place - Professional Phone Etiquette -Strong Work Ethic -Dependability-On-Call Availability - Knowledge of the NOVA area -Experience preferred but not required... we will train!
