We are seeking a Contractor Executive Events Specialist to support the planning and execution of high-touch, executive-level events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, coordinating logistics, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Senior Group Manager, you’ll focus on day-to-day coordination, flawless execution, and supporting scalable processes that elevate the overall quality of our events. Key Outcomes • Seamless Event Delivery: Own logistics and at times, on-the-ground details to ensure programs run smoothly from start to finish. • Clear Communication: Keep stakeholders aligned through accurate timelines, status updates, and documentation. • Process Support: Help implement event planning checklists, templates, and tools that make execution more efficient. • Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. • Exceptional Attendee Experience: Contribute to creating polished, professional, high-touch moments that make events memorable. Qualifications • Experience: 2–3+ years in corporate events, field marketing, or event operations, with hands-on involvement in logistics and execution. • Tools & Tech: Comfortable with Google Suite, Excel (spreadsheets for tracking), Salesforce, and Asana. Bonus if familiar with Swoogo or RainFocus. • Execution Focus: Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, and a detail-oriented approach. • Service Mindset: Professional, resourceful, and focused on delivering a smooth experience for both internal stakeholders and executive attendees. • Flexibility: Comfortable working as a contractor in a fast-moving team environment; some travel may be required for on-site support.
