These solutions enhance performance, protect privacy, and ensure reliability without reliance on constant cloud connectivity. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, Blackline Security Group operates in diverse environments to deliver cutting-edge technology for security needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Vice President, based in Phoenix, Arizona. The Executive Vice President will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic vision, managing high-level operations, and driving business growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing teams, developing and implementing business strategies, fostering client and partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring cross-functional alignment within the organization. The Executive Vice President will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and enhance the company’s leadership position in the AI-powered security technology industry. Qualifications • Proven leadership skills, including team management, decision-making, and strategic planning • Extensive experience in business development, client relationship management, and partnership cultivation • Strong knowledge of AI technology, security solutions, and cloud infrastructure concepts • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive innovation • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and driving profitability • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred • Proven ability to work in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results
