Event PlannerSpring Valley, New York$55,000 - $80,000 Our client is a fast-growing organization dedicated to providing much needed support to a specific demographic within our community. Known for its entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative culture, the company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Planner to support senior leadership. Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and execute events, conferences, meetings, and special projects from conception to completion. Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure flawless execution. Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to define event objectives and deliver creative concepts. Source venues, negotiate contracts, and oversee all event logistics including catering, décor, A/V, and transportation. Coordinate event marketing efforts, including invitations, guest lists, and on-site branding. Provide on-site support during events, managing set-up, registration, and troubleshooting as needed. Conduct post-event evaluations, tracking ROI, attendee feedback, and improvement opportunities. Qualifications:3+ years of experience in event planning, corporate events, or related field. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events at once. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
